The Centre is anchored by Coles, and offers a comprehensive range of fresh food, takeaway, and essential everyday services across the 30 specialty stores.

The very community focussed Centre partners with multiple local institutions and charities including the Cranbourne food truck and The Little Blue Dinosaur Foundation which raises awareness for pedestrian safety.

Lynbrook village is located on the corner of South Gippsland Highway & Lynbrook Boulevard, 40km south-east of Melbourne. The Centre is predominantly external facing ample customer parking including parking for the mobility impaired.
